| It is the policy of the club that the following are required to obtain a Blue Card to ensure compliance with BJRU and other requirements: |

| - Club Committee Members |
|
| - Club Employees |
|
| - Coaches |
|
| - Managers |
|
| - Referees |
|
| - Touch Judges |
|
| Blue Card applications are available from the club office and should be completed and returned to the office for authorization and lodgment. The Blue Card will issue directly to the cardholder as will a renewal notice prior to the card's expiry. |
