| Generally if it is raining training will still be on. The club will make any decision to call it off and will immediately update the website accordingly. The club will subsequently inform the team via email and/or SMS. If thunder and lightning is in the vicinity, training is to cease immediately and players move to an undercover area. |

| Generally games are played even if it is raining. If it has been raining heavily for a period of time and the grounds are potentially unplayable you should note that the following occurs: |

| 1/. Game cancelled the night before. The club will immediately update the website accordingly. The manager will subsequently be notified by the club and they will ring you using the contact system set up within the team (generally a phone tree, manager rings three or four and they subsequently ring three or four, calling back the manager when everyone has been informed or otherwise). |

| 2/. Game cancelled on game day. This will occur from 7.15am. The club will immediately update the website accordingly. The manager will subsequently be notified by the club and they will ring you using the contact system set up within the team. Please do not call the club or your manager as you will delay the system as outlined above |
