| Please note that we have adjusted the training times for 2010. |

| Our goal was to give every team more room by having only 1 age group on each field at any time. We also took into consideration the demands of school rugby given many of our older players play both club and school football. |
|
| We also hope to achieve a more efficient changeover with training times cut by 5 minutes to ensure fields are available for the next group to start on time.
